Golfers Talk Series #1: Know Your Constitution
The inaugural Golfers Talk Series introduced members to the Rotaract Constitution through an interactive online session, promoting better understanding of club governance and leadership.
The Rotaract Club of Himalayan Golfers successfully organized the first session of the Golfers Talk Series on September 19, 2025, through Google Meet. Titled "Know Your Constitution," the session was facilitated by Ojaswee Bhattarai and attended by 35 participants.
The interactive session focused on helping members understand the Rotaract Constitution, club governance, member responsibilities, organizational structure, and the values that guide Rotaract. Participants actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and gained valuable insights into how the constitution supports effective leadership and decision-making within the club.
As the inaugural session of the Golfers Talk Series, the event laid a strong foundation for continuous learning and member development. It reflected the club's commitment to building informed leaders, strengthening organizational knowledge, and encouraging active participation among members.
