The Rotaract Club of Himalayan Golfers, in partnership with Sowers Action Nepal, organized Know Yourself, Grow Yourself on November 29, 2025. The workshop focused on helping participants develop greater self-awareness, recognize their strengths, and build the confidence needed for both personal and leadership growth.
Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and guided reflection, participants explored topics related to personal values, communication, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and continuous self-improvement. The session encouraged individuals to better understand themselves while developing practical skills that can be applied in everyday life and future leadership roles.
The event reflected the club's commitment to member development and lifelong learning by providing a supportive environment where participants could grow personally, connect with peers, and gain valuable insights for their academic, professional, and community service journeys.
